Here are a few thoughts... Study God's Word together. Ask the hard questions. Hold them accountable for the change they want to make. Pray for them daily. Spend time with them in your "real life" allowing them to see who you are. Make sure there are planned meetings to discuss life/issues/the Bible, but also spend time together and be ready for unplanned teachable moments. Continue to grow and be discipled yourself! You cannot teach someone to be something you are not.
